Hallo! My name is Ingrid Blaurock.I live and work in Germany and Italy.From 1989, after I've finished my studies at the accademy of fine arts in Bologna/Italy, I worked until 2004 principally as translator for the german and italien language. In the year 1999 I had been interested for the first time in Graphic-Design for the Internet and digital imaging. At the beginning I only like to try some new creative programs and to test „theese strange tools”. First of all I did this because I need to relax and distract me from the arduous translations on the computer. Then I wanted to know more of the creative side from the computer. During the following years I didn't have so much time for studing creative programs like Paint Shop Pro or the Macromedia Suite. But I continued despite this fact. In the 90s I scanned my photos for editing them on the computer. Now it's different, because in the year 2002 I've bought my first digital camera. And from that time onward I make a lot of photos... And about photos: In a long time I can feel the passion for photography in me. Perhaps the reason is that my sadly already 1985 deceased father Werner Blaurock in his free time also was an enthusiastic photographer. In tribute to him I've dedicaded him his own category Werner Blaurock. There you will see some of his photos digitized by myself (from original slides and negatives). Since 1993 I worked with the operating system Windows from Microsoft. 2004 I join in a professional training for Software developer because i liked to know more technical notions in order to be able for developing and assembling my own photographical database. I developed this website with Css, Java, Asp.Net and T-SQL technology. I've also used some Free-Scripts. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the developers.
